What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Je suis venue la première semaine août 2025, un accueil chaleureux les réceptionniste était très sympathique surtout leur responsable, j’étais en famille j’ai pris une chambre familiale très spacieuse, parking gratuit la nuit juste en bas, franchement je recommande fort cette établissement

One the best hotel stays I’ve had

There are so many positive things about this stay! First, the staff are incredibly helpful, polite, and engaging. Second, the room feels much larger than it is, even a single bed provides ample room to move and stretch. Third, the AC was perfect during the heatwave. Fourth, the breakfast provided numerous options from bacon and eggs to yoghurt, granola, croissants, and more- much better than the standard American hotel breakfast. Fifth, the hotel is bike friendly and I had my road bike with me to ride some of Paris-Roubaix. Finally, the location can’t be beat- literally at the station and a quick walk to the city center. I would gladly stay here again.

Access Lille Roubaix Campus Gare

If you take the train to go to Roubaix: you just have to get off the train and go across the street: the hotel is located right in front of the station! It couldn¿t be easier!

If you use your car to go to Roubaix: you just have to drive along the highway A22. Then take the D660, D700, D760 ou D775 (depending on where you come from). Then, you will just have to follow the indications that lead to the city-center. Once you are in the city-center, you will find the hotel right in front of the railway station!
