What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Conforme à la description et aux photos. Une nuit agréable pour une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Tarif plus que compétitif, presque 2 fois moins cher que le moins cher des Airbnb disponible ce jour. Je retire 2 étoiles car noté disponible dès 14h, nous sommes arrivés à 14h30 et la chambre n’était pas prête, en cours de nettoyage, pour la disposition des toilettes, l’avant juste en dessous du lavabo ce qui l’accès au trône délicate, mais aussi l’impossibilité de régler le chauffage, trop chaud dans la chambre.

Très déçu 😞 Je prends essentiellement cette chaîne mais là mauvaise expérience à Cherbourg. Merci de mieux préciser l'obligation de réserver les petits déjeuners.
