The Member may use the withdrawal form template shown in Appendix 1 of these General Terms and Conditions, but it is not mandatory.
To adhere to the withdrawal timeframe, the Member simply needs to send their communication concerning their exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal timeframe elapses.
3.3/ Should a Member withdraw from this agreement, B&B HOTELS shall reimburse to them all subscription payments received from them, without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the date when B&B HOTELS is notified of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. B&B HOTELS shall carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method as was used for the initial transaction, unless the parties expressly agree on the use of a different payment method. Either way, the Member will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
4.1/ B&B HOTELS reserves the right to modify the characteristics of the programme due to technical, legal or operational restrictions. 6.1/ Validity of benefits afforded under the programme
The benefits outlined in point 6.2 below are valid in B&B hotels in participating countries. To qualify for these benefits, the Member must provide the hotel reception desk with their name and e-mail address or identification number. Online, the Member must log into their account to qualify for its benefits.
The benefits afforded are only valid for bookings made at B&B hotel reception desks, through the B&B HOTELS websites or mobile app, by phone or by emailing the hotel directly, for B&B hotels in participating countries. Bookings made through resellers, tour operators or third-party travel agencies (such as Expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) do not qualify for the benefits afforded under the programme.
Rooms paid for at self-service reception terminals without booking ahead with the Member’s identification number will not qualify for benefits afforded under the B&B HOTELS CLUB programme.
6.2/ Benefits afforded under the programme
Subscribing to the rewards programme entitles the subscriber to the following benefits:
- A 10% discount on room rates (except for promotional rates) and on the breakfast rate in effect at the time of booking, all year round, seven days a week. This discount applies upon arrival at the hotel booked and cannot be combined with special rates, special offers and/or promotions or seasonal discounts.
- A 5% discount on the reduced room rate and a 10% discount on the breakfast rate, in effect at the time of booking, all year round, seven days a week. This discount applies upon arrival at the hotel booked.
- A dedicated section on the website www.hotel-bb.com accessed with an e-mail address and password.
- Accrual of points for each overnight stay via a direct booking, which allows members to qualify for vouchers that can be swapped for overnight stays up to a value of €60 and/or free breakfasts.
- In France, a special hotline to manage the bookings of B&B HOTELS CLUB Members.
6.3/ Accrual of points
The Member earns 100 points for each Valid Night, for one room, except for rooms paid for with a voucher. If the Member books two or more rooms for the same night, the points are only accrued for the room that they personally occupy.
The Member can check their points balance via their personal online account, accessed with their e-mail address and password.
The account login information and accrued points cannot under any circumstances be transferred, given away or combined with the accounts of other Members.
Accrued points cannot under any circumstances be converted into their monetary value and do not entitle the Member to any reimbursement.
6.4/ Validity of points
Points credited to the Member’s account remain valid until 30 days after the subscription expiry date. If the Member does not renew their programme subscription within 30 days, unredeemed points will be lost for good. However, Members have the right to renew their subscription up to 30 days after the expiry date. In this case, the points shall be deemed valid and added to future ones until the next B&B HOTELS CLUB membership expiry date.
6.5/ Redemption of points
Once the Member has accrued three hundred (300) points, they can qualify for a voucher for one free breakfast in any hotel in a participating country.
Once the Member has accrued five hundred (500) points, they can qualify for a voucher for two free breakfasts in any B&B hotel in a participating country.
Once the Member has accrued one thousand (1000) points, they can qualify for a voucher for a free night with or without breakfast up to a value of €60 in any B&B hotel in a participating country.
The Member can use their voucher for a free night up to a value of €60 for a room booking (with or without breakfast) costing over €60, and pay the difference between the value of the voucher and the total cost of the booking.
Validation of vouchers is subject to the availability of hotel rooms. Vouchers can be transferred to third parties. Free nights with breakfast up to a value of €60 do not allow points to be accrued.
Once the Member has accrued the required minimum number of points, they can convert them into a voucher by logging in to their personal online account at their convenience. Their voucher will then be available in their personal online account.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date when they are generated. The Member can use their voucher in two ways: either online by entering the voucher number when going through the checkout, or showing it at the hotel reception desk.
Once the booking made with a voucher is confirmed (online or when the booking is entered into the electronic reservation system by the hotel reception staff), the voucher is considered spent. It cannot be refunded or re-generated, even if the stay is cancelled.
The information available through the B&B HOTELS CLUB programme is the exclusive property of B&B HOTELS and subsidiaries of the B&B HOTELS Group.
The Member undertakes to use the information received through the B&B HOTELS CLUB programme only for their own needs, and to refrain from using them for commercial purposes.
The Member may not reproduce or distribute, even free of charge, information or data gathered through the B&B HOTELS CLUB programme.
