This discount applies upon arrival at the hotel booked and cannot be combined with special rates, special offers and/or promotions or seasonal discounts.
- A 5% discount on the reduced room rate and a 10% discount on the breakfast rate, in effect at the time of booking, all year round, seven days a week. This discount applies upon arrival at the hotel booked.

The Member can use their voucher for a free night up to a value of €60 for a room booking (with or without breakfast) costing over €60, and pay the difference between the value of the voucher and the total cost of the booking.
Validation of vouchers is subject to the availability of hotel rooms. Vouchers can be transferred to third parties. Free nights with breakfast up to a value of €60 do not allow points to be accrued.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date when they are generated. The Member can use their voucher in two ways: either online by entering the voucher number when going through the checkout, or showing it at the hotel reception desk.
Once the booking made with a voucher is confirmed (online or when the booking is entered into the electronic reservation system by the hotel reception staff), the voucher is considered spent. It cannot be refunded or re-generated, even if the stay is cancelled.

The following benefits are applicable to B&B hotels in participating countries. To take advantage of these benefits, members must provide their name, email address or identification number at the hotel reception. Online, customers must use their personal account.
Benefits are only valid for bookings made at the reception of a B&B hotel, via the B&B Hotels website or the mobile app, as well as by telephone or email directly to the hotel. All bookings made through a re-seller, tour operator, or third-party travel agent (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) are not direct channels and therefore do not entitle you to earn points.
An overnight stay, for which payment is made at the check-in machine without prior booking with the member's identification number, does not entitle the holder to earn points.
7.2/ The benefits of the programme
10% discount on the room price and the breakfast price, valid at the time of booking, all year round, seven days a week. This discount cannot be combined with special prices, special offers and/or promotions or other discounts.
In the case of existing special prices, special offers and/or promotions or other discounts, a 5% discount on the promotion room price and a 10% discount on the breakfast price apply, valid at the time of booking, all year round, seven days a week.

Points are credited for each stay which is booked directly. Collected points can be used for overnight stays or for breakfast.
7.3/ Amount of credit points
The member receives 100 points for each overnight stay that the member has personally booked and used themselves. Points are not credited for overnight stays that have been paid for in full, or in part with a voucher, or that the member has booked for a third person.
The points collected are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other members' points.
A payment of the collected points in EURO is not possible.
7.4/ Validity of points
Points accumulated in the member account are valid for up to 30 days after membership expires. If the member does not renew their membership of the programme within 30 days, the remaining points are automatically lost. In the event of a timely extension of membership, the points accumulated so far will be automatically transferred.
7.5 / Conversion of points
As soon as the member has collected 300 (three hundred) points, they have the option of receiving a voucher for a free breakfast in any hotel in one of the participating countries.
As soon as the member has collected 500 (five hundred) points, they can receive a voucher for two free breakfasts in any hotel in one of the participating countries.
As soon as the member has received 1000 (one thousand) points, they can receive a voucher for an overnight stay (with or without breakfast) with a maximum value of €60 in any hotel in one of the participating countries.
Once they have reached the required minimum number of points, the member can convert their points into vouchers via their personal online account. The voucher is then available on the online account.
7.6 / Redemption of vouchers
The member can redeem the vouchers at the respective B&B hotel when booking.
Accommodation vouchers (room reservations with or without breakfast) have a maximum value of €60. If the room price is above this amount, the voucher can still be used. The difference between the total price of the booking and the amount of the voucher must then be paid by the member.
The use of the voucher is dependent on the availability of hotel rooms at the chosen B&B hotel.
The vouchers can be passed on to third parties. Re-sale of vouchers is not permitted.
The vouchers are valid for 12 months. Members can use their vouchers online or in person at the hotel reception.
Once the voucher-booking is confirmed (online or in person at the hotel reception via the electronic booking system) it is considered as used. It cannot be refunded or used again, even if the stay is cancelled.
The member must use and handle their B&B-HOTELS-CLUB identification number and the associated password confidentially.
