What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bonjour THOMAS, Nous avons pris connaissance de votre notation suite à votre séjour dans notre hôtel. Nous regrettons que nos prestations n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes. Effectivement, le check in a été réalisé a 14h16 exactement, notre personnel d'étage passe dans l'intégralité de nos chambres jusqu'à 15h30 afin de vérifier les chambres non louées la veille. Malheureusement, lorsqu'un check in à distance est réalisé c'est que le client est arrivé ou très proche de l'établissement et nous ne rentrons pas dans les chambres arrivées pour éviter de déranger nos clients présents. La réception été ouverte de 17h00 à 20h30 et nous avons une borne d'assistance 24h / 24h afin de prendre en compte votre soucis et le résoudre. Nous aurions pu vous changer de chambre.
