il b&b hotel San Lorenzo é ormai da anni un punto di riferimento per i miei soggiorni a Roma. Ritorno sempre con piacere , per la location, la qualità della stanza , la pulizia , l’ambiente confortevole e soprattutto la disponibilità e l’estrema gentilezza di tutto lo staff.

tutto bene, consiglieri di aggiungere in camera degli ulteriori supporti sia per le valigie che per vestiario in genere (appendi capotti sulle pareti per esempio). Saluti

OTTIMO PREZZO, SERVIZIO MIGLIORABILE
Sono spesso cliente di questa catena e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, questa struttura è tenuta bene. Le camere sono ristrutturate e essenziali ma con tutto ciò di cui un ospite può avere bisogno. Questa volta ho riscontrato tanto freddo e i riscaldamenti, mi è stato spiegato, non potevano essere accesi in questo periodo per via delle norme vigenti a Roma. Il problema più grande, non ne ho ancora capito il motivo, è stato che ogni 5 minuti c’era un rumore forte che proveniva dal soffitto, all’inizio pensavo fossero degli ospiti al piano superiore, invece poi ho capito che era un rumore ricorrente che però non mi ha fatto riposare in maniera ottimale. Nonostante tutto consiglio lo stesso la struttura, per via del rapporto qualità prezzo e gentilezza della ragazza in reception, magari era solo un problema della mia camera.

Good hotel for reasonable price
This is a good hotel for the price. It's very small, but quiet and cozy. We enjoyed relaxing in the lobby in the quiet with a cup of coffee. The hotel is very clean. You can immediately tell that the staff looks after its condition. We liked that the topic of environmental care is important to the hotel. The only thing is that we weren't prepared for the fact that some minimal things need to be purchased separately. For example, slippers. Yes, you can buy them separately at the reception, but we weren't ready for the additional expenses as our budget was limited. We didn't really like the breakfasts. There was a very small selection of food for vegetarians: muesli, yogurt, apples, cheese, pastries. Nothing else, while for non-vegetarians there were omelets, bacon, and various cold cuts. We usually don't consume dairy products, but we had to here, otherwise we would have been completely hungry. They could have added warm beans in sauce, for example. Or green beans. Also, the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions. It took us about 40-50 minutes to walk to the Colosseum. There's a tram stop nearby, but you need to change lines, so the journey still takes time. Getting from the Vatican to the hotel took us a little over an hour. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. A special thank you to the staff: the girls at the front desk were very friendly and always ready to help. Such employees are the greatest asset a business can have. Thank you!

Très bon hôtel tant dans le confort que la qualité. Idéal pour des séjours de courte durée. J'ai trouvé la salle du petit déjeuner un peu à l'étroit par rapport au nombre de chambres dans l'hôtel.

Tutto benissimo, tuttavia, il prezzo mi è sembrato di molto superiore a quanto pagato in precedenti soggiorni. Colazione ottima, tuttavia, mi sembra d'obbligo che sia presente dell'acqua gratuita per gli ospiti nel momento della colazione e non solo acqua aromatizzata. Comunque consiglio questo hotel per comodità , pulizia, gentilezza confort. Segnalo che ho inviato una mail per richiedere che il mio soggiorno venisse fatturato, perché non trovavo la fattura ricevuta nel mio account e non mi ha risposto nessuno. Mi è stata emessa ricevuta al mio arrivo: vorrei specificare per chi viaggia per lavoro che non hanno possibilità di fare risultare b&b nella ricevuta, ma che scorporano la colazione e il pernottamento in due voci distinte. Lo segnalo a titolo informativo perché per qualcuno potrebbe essere importante saperlo
