B&B HOTEL Zwickau
Wieder war es ein schöner Aufenthalt im B u B Hotel. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Über das Frühstück kann man sich nochmal Gedanken machen. Vollkornbrötchen z.B. oder allgemein die Backwaren von ansässigen Bäckern zu erhalten. 14€ sind viel Geld für das Frühstück. Finde gut, das die kleinen Verpackungen langsam vom Buffet verschwinden.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit.

Rundum ein schönes und modern eingerichtetes Hotel, mit den Zimmern, der Lobby und dem Frühstücksraum und einem sehr netten und freundlichen Personal. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, alles war sauber, ordentlich und ruhig. Das Frühstück war klein und fein, es hat alles gepasst.

Great experience overall. Very easy and convenient check-in and check-out, comfortable room.
Wonderful option for introverts wishing to be left alone; we stayed for two nights, and had no staff interactions (aside from the ones we initiated) within those 48 hours.
My spouse loved the bed; normally soft mattresses make their back hurt, but in this case, it was very comfortable and left them extremely impressed.
We loved the window view, as well.
The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I did not catch their name, but the person handling reception on October 9, 2026 from 06:00 (6 am) to 12:00 (noon) deserves extra commendation.
One thing that could be improved is cold bathroom floor. There was no floor heating (or we weren't able to figure out how to turn it on), and no rug of any kind to protect the feet from the cold tile. Keeping the socks on becomes a problem when the floor is wet after using the shower. While towel can be used as a rug, this doesn't feel quite right.
Either a water-proof rug, or single-use slippers for tenants, might be something to consider

Die Hotels sind sauber, modern. Die Zimmergröße ist ausreichend, wenn man sich nicht den ganzen Tag aufhält. Es ist vom Farbkonzept sehr ansprechend.
