I would like to cancel my online reservation, will I still be charged for my stay?
If you wish to cancel your stay you need to do so by 7pm at the very latest for the same day. Beyond this deadline and if you do not show up at the hotel, your first night will be charged and the rest of your stay will be automatically cancelled.
I have lost my booking reference. How can I check or modify my reservation?
You can contact the hotel where you have booked a room and tell them that you have made your reservation through the Internet.
You can also contact the reservation hotline on 0892 78 29 29* (or +33 1 72 36 51 06 if calling from abroad)
So that you don't misplace your booking reference again for future bookings, please print a copy of the booking confirmation email or the booking confirmation page where this reference number is provided.
