Terms of Sales B&B Hotels France
In B&B hotels, to have access to your room, you first have to pay it up.


1 - You have not reserved


Our managers welcome you :
• From 6.30am to 11am and 5pm to 9.00pm from Mondays to Thursdays,
• From 7.30am to 11am and 5pm to 8.30pm on week-ends or holidays,
• From 6.30am to 11am and 5pm to 8.30pm on Fridays and on the eve of holidays.

Several of our hotels have extended opening hours. You will find this information in on our website www.hotelbb.com.
Outside of these hours, you can book a room using our automated reception system with any bank or American Express card equipped with an electronic chip.
In return for your payment, you will receive a ticket on which your room number and its access code are written.
 


2 - You wish to make a reservation

  1. You chose to guarantee your reservation
    Your reservation is always guaranteed :
    If you reserve online on our website www.hotelbb.com.
    If you reserve with our Central Reservations.
    If you reserve directly with the hotel,
    • Either by giving us by telephone your direct debit card’s type, number and date of expiry.
    • Or by sending a cheque to the hotel for the amount of your reservation at least 8 days before the starting date of your stay.
    • Or by coming to the hotel to settle your reservation in advance.
    Every time you make a guaranteed reservation, you will be given a reservation number.
    That reservation number allows you to arrive at the hotel at the time you want to.
    Therefore, if you arrive between 5pm and 9pm, our manager will be there to welcome you (or 8.30pm at the weekend, on bank holidays or the eve of bank holidays).
    If you arrive earlier or later, you must dial your reservation number at the automatic reception, which will issue a ticket with your room number and the code giving you access to it.
    Except when the bank information given at the time of reserving the room (your direct debit card’s
    type, number and date of expiry) are invalid.

  3. You chose not to guarantee your reservation
    You can make your reservation through the hotel manager, without giving your direct debit card’s information as a guarantee.
    In that case, the reservation number that is given to you by the manager allows you to obtain a room using the automatic reception machine between 12 noon and 5pm, or to be received by our manager between 5pm and 7pm on the first day of your stay. After 7pm, your room is automatically put back in the system and made available for reserving.

     

3 - You wish to cancel your reservation

• If you have a guaranteed reservation, you must call the hotel before 7pm on the day of your arrival.
• A number certifying your cancellation will be given to you. It will confirm that your reservation has been cancelled, and it will guarantee your reimbursement.

WARNING
For guaranteed reservations, your cancellation absolutely must occure before 7pm on the scheduled day of your arrival. In the event of a no show, all guaranteed reservations not cancelled before 7pm will automatically give rise to the first night’s stay being billed and the cancellation of the remainder of your stay.

 

4 - You wish to stay longer

It is imperative that you see the manager before 11am in order for partial cancellation of your stay to be taken into account. Reimbursement of the cost of the cancelled portion of the stay will be sent in the form of a cheque for that amount.



5- You wish to leave sooner than expected

It is imperative that you see the manager before 11am, so that the cancellation can be taken into account and a cheque can be sent to reimburse you.


IMPORTANT :

• Check in time is 12 noon and check out time is 12 noon the next day.
• Pets are welcome at B&B by paying a supplement. In the event of damage or destruction caused by pets, the owner will be considered directly responsible.
• The children’s price for breakfast is valid for children aged up to and including 10 years old (children of 11 years or older will be charged as adults).
• Visa Electron and Maestro cards cannot be used to reserve a room, but they may be used to pay for your stay. At our automated reception, only cards equipped with an electronic chip can be used to pay for your stay at B&B hotels. If your bank card only has a magnetic strip, then it is essential to arrive at the hotel while reception is open or to use another form of payment in order to pay for your stay with us at B&B Hotels.
• If a booking is made with an invalid credit card the booking will automatically be cancelled.
• All rates indicated are subject to change without prior notice at any time.
• Photographs and information presented in this guide are not contractually binding.
