How can I book a room on www.hotelbb.com?
There are various ways to book a room on our website.
If you are unsure as to which hotel to book into you can use one of our 3 search tools (search by city, by department or by region)
Alternatively, if you do know which hotel to stay in, all you have to do is to select it in the hotel list.
Once you have arrived at the hotel information page just click on the 'Book' button to check for availabilities and then start your booking.
Online booking is carried out in 3 steps. Firstly you need to specify the number of rooms and breakfasts needed, you then enter your bank card details before finally arriving at a booking confirmation page.
You will also receive a booking confirmation by email.
How can I be sure that my booking has been taken into account?
The booking reference given to you at the end of your booking guarantees that our system has registered it.
Until what time can I make an online booking?
For a booking on the day, you must book your room before 7pm. For a booking on a later date you may book your room any time of day or night.
How many rooms and nights can I book in one go over the Internet?
You can book up to 5 rooms per room category and up to 20 nights subject to availability.
I did not receive a booking reference following my booking.
