un grand nettoyage des chambres et des abords est a faire aucun entretien n est realise a l interieur des chambres l hotel ne reflette pas l image des b and b il faut le rafraichir pour eviter qu il tombe en ruine la prestation n est au niveau de l acceptable surtout pour le groupe accord mes autres experiences chez b and b etaient toujours parfaites depuis plus de 15 ans je suis vraiment tres decu de cet hotel b and b qui m a fait passer un mauvais sejour et un doute sur la chaine b and b... cela confirme helas les commentaires sur internet que j avais vu concernant cet hotel avant de reserver je suis a votre dispo pour vous montrer les photos prises dans l hotel votre chartre sur le site internet stipule que l hotel b and b st nazaire applique l'engagement "remboursé et invité", je demande donc le remboursement de ma chambre cdlt Fieurgant ch 59 24/10/14

je suis arrivé on m'indique que j'avais réservé deux nuits alors que je n'en avais reservé qu'une seule on m'attribue une chambre en me donnant le code de celle-ci, lorsque j'y pénètre elle s'avère occupée !! (sécurité des biens!!, divulgation de cod...

je suis arrivé on m'indique que j'avais réservé deux nuits alors que je n'en avais reservé qu'une seule on m'attribue une chambre en me donnant le code de celle-ci, lorsque j'y pénètre elle s'avère occupée !! (sécurité des biens!!, divulgation de code d'une autre chambre sécurité) je dois repasser une enième fois à la réception on m'attribue une chambre sans accompagnement pratiquement sans excuses ou attentions très mauvaise expérience d'un hotel au concept intéressant nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants (je suis archi et designer) mais vétuste, à la propreté pas nette....., à la sécurité douteuse et à l'accueil douteux et peu professionnel, incapable de proposer un geste commercial pour un séjour des plus désagréable pour ce qui concerne les a cotés de la nuit de sommeil proprement dite
