Autant j'avais apprécié mon séjour dans votre hôtel en juillet, autant j'ai été déçu cette fois-ci: lits individuels inconfortables, couettes trop petites, ménage non fait le 2e jour soit disant parce que j'avais accroché la pancarte "n pas déranger"...

Autant j'avais apprécié mon séjour dans votre hôtel en juillet, autant j'ai été déçu cette fois-ci: lits individuels inconfortables, couettes trop petites, ménage non fait le 2e jour soit disant parce que j'avais accroché la pancarte "n pas déranger", mais bon le personnel de ménage aurait du repasser quand j'ai quitté la chambre (il devait être 12h15 , j'imagine que le personnel était encore présent puisque les clients peuvent quitter leur chambre jusqu'à midi, il aurait donc juste fallu vérifier qu'une chambre avait été oubliée! Et gros problème de stationnement dans le parking,et être obligé de se garer à l'extérieur dès qu'on rentre un peu tard c'est inadmissible!

Nous avons eu l'impression de tout le temps les déranger quand nous demandions quelque chose (prolongation du séjour,pas de savons dans la douche,repasser c'était pas l'heure de donner un renseignement)
