C'est dommage que personne n'est présent à l'accueil, il a fallu attendre 5 bonnes minutes avant de voir une personne arriver pas très aimable d'ailleurs en précisant que nous devions sonner alors que nous avions utiliser la sonnette a 3 reprises. Hô...

C'est dommage que personne n'est présent à l'accueil, il a fallu attendre 5 bonnes minutes avant de voir une personne arriver pas très aimable d'ailleurs en précisant que nous devions sonner alors que nous avions utiliser la sonnette a 3 reprises. Hôtel propre et agréable, très calme.Petit déjeuner copieux. J'ai une observation à faire ,il n'y pas de chariot pour les draps et les serviettes propres lorsque les agents font les chambres ,le linge est posée à même le sol, pour l hygiène ce n'est pas génial....Merci de faire un effort.Cordialement

Accueil à l'arrivée très bien Beaucoup moins au moment du départ. Je n'avais pas reserve les pdj et je les ai finalement pris. La réceptionniste du deuxieme jour m'a fait comprendre que ca l'ennuyait car ce n'était pas marque sur sa fiche !!!!! je lui ai dit que j'avais vu avec sa collégue et que je comptais les payer au départ. Elle â grommelé quelque chose au sujet de sa collégue et etait visiblement ennuyée de devoir m'inscrire sur sa liste et de me facturer ensuite. Je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi.

Venue pour une nuit, j'ai trouvé cet hôtel assez correct, malgré l'assistance 24h24 qui ne fonctionne pas, la douche qui présente quelques joints noircis et de l'humidité dans la chambre au réveil. L'insonorisation est à revoir dans le couloir. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Chambre propre dans son ensemble.
