    B&B Hotels is a state of mind. Useful tips, service with a smile, unfailing attentiveness, and a sociable atmosphere. Our aim is to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. If you have problems during your stay, use our 24hr assistance which is available at the help point located at the entrance of each hotel and one of the staff will be at the other end of the line to help.

    Everyone feels at home in a B&B Hotel! Whether you’re with friends, family, as a couple, or travelling alone, B&B Hotels suits your needs. You can choose a room for up to four people, or a non-smoking room, or a specially fitted room for guests with reduced mobility. And if you and your pet are inseparable, there’s no dilemma here: all of our rooms are open to your pet for just €4/night. Your comfort is our priority!

For example through optimised water management, waste management, and by recycling our old pillows! Many of our hotels have been awarded the Clef Verte (or “green key”)!

In addition to the E-club card, we also have the Lodging Card that means that your company can use the same credit/debit card for all its employees. It means that you will never need to claim accommodation costs in advance, or spend a penny of your own money! You can stay in a quiet, spacious room, and work without being disturbed. Need to close a deal? Office space is available to you, and our unlimited free WiFi means that you can send your emails from your bed!

    The beginning of a success story

    Barely open and already revolutionary, B&B Hotels sets itself out from the crowd with its cheap and attractive “Econochics” hotels, first opened in Brest and Saint-Malo. The hotels surprised both guests and the hotel industry by providing private bathrooms with a shower, large sink and toilet, for maximum comfort at the best possible price. B&B Hotels was also the first to provide family rooms for up to four guests.

    From Germany to the Internet!

    B&B Hotels began a new chapter in its history when it opened a hotel in Ingolstadt, Germany. A few months later, the hotel chain again proved its innovative spirit by launching www.hotelbb.com, becoming the first budget hotel chain to offer real time bookings!

    B&B Hotels rewards its loyal customers and takes care of their appetites

    B&B Hotels continued to come up with innovations by providing a loyalty reward scheme for its best customers. The chain also improved its breakfasts with fresh baked goods. B&B Hotels offers still fresh croissants straight from the local baker’s oven!

    WiFi arrives in our hotels

    B&B Hotels was the first to embrace new technology with unlimited free WiFi in all of its hotels. Guests were able to go online in reception and the breakfast room.

    A new generation of hotels

    B&B Hotels received a makeover with its “New Concept” rooms, the first examples of interior design in budget hotels. The effort paid off, as the chain won the Hospitality Award for the “Best Innovating Concept in Accommodation” the very same year.

    B&B Hotels grows up!

    B&B Hotels welcomed new members of the family when it acquired 57 hotels from the Villages Hotel budget chain.

    B&B Hotels on TV

    B&B Hotels made its small screen début with its first TV advertising campaign.

    WiFi everywhere

    Always innovative, B&B Hotels extended its unlimited free WiFi coverage to all guests’ rooms! Guests were from then on able to connect from anywhere in the hotel. But that is not all: the chain also made a commitment to protecting the environment and 11 hotels were awarded the “Clé Verte” for the first time. This year also saw the first hotels open in Italy.     B&B Hotels celebrates its 20th anniversary

    In 2012, there were 20 candles on B&B Hotels’ birthday cake. The anniversary was celebrated in style with the chain adding pillows from Drouault, a French bedding specialist with over sixty years’ experience, to all of its rooms. This boosted the level of comfort, making a bad night’s sleep impossible! The same year, the chain looked to the East and opened its first hotel in Torun, Poland.

    B&B Hotels hits the social network!

    B&B Hotels created a real brand community when it arrived on Facebook and Twitter. Now, guests were able to stay up to date with the latest news and promotions in real time. The chain also opened its first Portuguese hotel in Porto. The same year, B&B Hotels installed XXL shower heads in all of its bathrooms, meaning guests could start the day with an invigorating shower!

    B&B by Bultex mattresses are released

    B&B Hotels unveiled its latest development: specially designed mattresses from Bultex. 70 hotels are already fitted with the mattresses, and more are still to come for a restful night’s sleep!

    Two new countries : Marocco and Czech Republic

    After Europe, B&B Hotels is heading south! In 2013, the first Moroccan hotel has opened in the centre of Rabat. With 68 rooms and a 24hr reception, the hotel will provide all the comfort sun-worshippers need!
    During summer 2013, B&B Hotels also settled in Czech Republic, in Prague.
