Bonjour , franchement je me suis senti dans un "hotel 1ere classe" en fin de vie ou presque ...chambre qui pue , due je pense à une moquette qui en a vu et revu, rien qu'au visuel de la moquette ! pas d'aération ! des traces de coups sur la porte d'entrée, ils ont mis quelques morceaux de bois au mur pour faire genre c'est un bnb ! murs blanc crasseux ! pas de chocolatine ni le 23 ni le 24 octobre au matin vers 8h00 au ptit dèj ...une vraie honte ...moi qui ai acheter la carte eclub à 59 euros, je regrette beaucoup ...le bnb de Anglet est une véritable honte ! je n'y retournerai jamais

Nous avons eu une chambres fumeur et très salle, les murs sont noir de fumé les étagères et dessus de meubles plein de poussière et la salle de bain carrelage douche salle et plafond et joint de douche moisie. Notre séjour a été correct dans l'ensemble, surtout le petit-déjeuner, assez complet, comme nous les aimons. En revanche, dès notre arrivée, l'éclairage principal ne fonctionnait pas. Ce qui n'aurait jamais dû être le cas. Après signalement, l'ampoule a été changé par la personne de garde. Rien n'y a fait. Problème flagrant de contact. Un technicien est passé dans la journée. Nous avons eu l'éclairage un instant puis, à notre passage suivant dans la chambre, l'éclairage a lâché dès l'allumage. le problème n'a pas été résolu.
