SEARCHING FOR A HOTEL / MAKING A BOOKING

How can I find out if there is a B&B hotel where I am going?

Enter the name of your destination into the search bar or click directly on the “Our Hotels” tab on the menu.

How do I find out the price of the room?

Simply input your desired booking in the search tool or go to the “Rates” tab in the hotel’s description page.

How do I book a room on www.hotelbb.com?

There are several options:
- The search bar: enter the name of your desired city into the search bar
- The “Our Hotels” tab on the menu: search directly in the tab in question
- The “Our Promotions” tab on the menu or the banner on the homepage of hotelbb.com

How can I find out if there are rooms available in a particular hotel?

There are two solutions:
- Enter the name of the desired city into the search bar.
- Enter the name of the city directly into the “Our Hotels” tab on the menu, then click in the “Rates” section.
In both cases, if the requested hotel does not appear on the list, this simply means that it is full or unavailable on the desired date.

Do I have to pay a supplement for my cat or dog?

We will be pleased to welcome your pet, which must be kept on a lead. It can stay with you in your room, for an additional €4 per night. Of course, for the convenience of all our guests, it may not enter the breakfast room.

How can I be certain that my booking has been correctly registered?

The number sent to you upon completion of your booking is your guarantee that the booking has been correctly received and registered.
You can find this number on your booking confirmation, which you can consult:
- In your e-mail inbox: you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your booking, to the e-mail address provided
- In your account on hotelbb.com: the confirmation will appear as soon as you log in
 

Up to what time can I book online?

Remember to make your booking online before midnight, if you wish to book a B&B hotel for the following evening. You will then be able to consult, change or cancel your booking online up to 7.00pm, at the very latest, on the day of your arrival.

How many rooms and nights can I book at the same time on the internet?

You can book up to 5 rooms per type of room available and for up to 20 nights, depending on availability at the selected hotel. For larger numbers, please contact our Groups department on +33(0)298 337 529 or e-mail groupes@hotelbb.com, or call the hotel you wish to stay in directly!

I did not receive a booking number after completing my booking.

Are you sure you have correctly entered your bank details and all other information?
If it is in fact a technical problem, please accept our apologies. You should contact the central booking office by telephone on +33(0)298 337 529* (from Monday to Friday : from 9am to 7pm; on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays : from 11am to 5pm) or call the hotel in question directly.

PAYING FOR A BOOKING

Am I required to give my credit/debit card number to make my booking online?

We cannot register and guarantee your booking unless you enter your bank details. Rest assured, however, that all banking information is encrypted in SSL format.

Are there risks involved in providing my credit/debit card number on your website?

To guarantee your security and ensure the utmost confidentiality, our website uses the SSL encryption protocol. When data is transferred over the internet, information entered into the various forms is automatically encrypted.
The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system enables automatic encoding of data before it is transmitted via the web. It will only be decrypted once it has arrived on our server.
SSL is currently the most reliable and widely used solution.
To ensure that your browser is compatible, check for the presence of a key or lock icon.

Am I charged directly when I communicate my credit/debit card number to your website or do I pay at the hotel when I arrive/leave?

This is only a booking guarantee, so you pay when you arrive at the hotel.

CONSULTING, CHANGING OR CANCELLING A BOOKING

I wish to change or cancel my online booking on hotelbb.com.

- If you already have an account, log in to hotelbb.com and click on the “My Account” or “My Bookings” tab. You will then have access to all your current bookings. Then simply select your stay and consult, change or cancel the booking in question online up to 7.00pm, at the very latest, on the day of your arrival.
- If you do not have an account, click on “My Bookings” on the homepage of the site and enter your booking number (you can find this number in the confirmation e-mail sent to your e-mail inbox: You will receive a confirmation e-mail, within 24 hours of your booking, to the e-mail address provided).

Can I go online to cancel or change a booking made directly with the hotel or central booking office?

Only our E-club customers have access to this service: communicate your unique identifier up to 7.00pm, at the very latest, on the day of your arrival.

Can I book online and call the hotel directly to cancel or change my booking? ?

If you wish to cancel or change your booking, you must do so by 7.00pm at the latest on the day of your stay, by directly contacting the hotel you have booked: remember to state that this booking was made on the internet. You can also contact the Central Booking Office on +33(0)298 337 529*.
€0.34 per minute incl. VAT, plus any fees charged by your service provider.
Beyond this time, you will be charged for the first night and the rest of the stay will be automatically cancelled.

I wish to cancel or change my booking online: will I still be charged for my stay?

If you wish to cancel or change your stay, you must do so by 7.00pm on the day in question. Beyond this time, you will be charged for the first night and the rest of the stay will be automatically cancelled.

I have lost my booking number: how can I consult, change or cancel my booking?

You can find your booking number:
- In the confirmation e-mail sent to your e-mail inbox: you will receive a confirmation e-mail, within 24 hours of your booking, to the e-mail address provided.
- In your account on hotelbb.com, by logging in with a current booking: the confirmation will appear as soon as you log in.
You can also directly contact the hotel you have booked (remember to state that this booking was made online!) or call the Central Booking Office on +33(0)298 337 529*.

What time can I have my breakfast?

A self-service, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is available from 6.30am - 10.00am during the week and 7.30am to 10.30am on weekends and public holidays. Some of our hotels offer longer hours – simply ask at reception.

I haven’t booked my breakfast. Can I still get it on the day I arrive?

Just ask our hotel manager for access to the breakfast room, at a supplement of €6 per person and €3 for children up to and including 10 years of age, subject to availability.

How can I obtain a list of nearby restaurants?

- Log in to hotelbb.com if you already have an account. Click on the “My Account” tab and you will have access to all our tips once you have logged in.
- If you do not have an account, you can use the “Our Hotels” tab on the menu and consult the list in this section.

I have a problem! What can I do?

If you experience a problem which is not resolved on the spot, our hotels* will offer you the Money back & Invited back guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind.
Notify the hotel reception of your problem as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible. But if we cannot resolve your problem, you will be given an immediate refund and invited back for a free stay in the near future.

How can I contact the hotel managers outside reception opening hours?

You can receive 24/7 assistance via the call system provided at the entrance to all our hotels.

How can I extend my stay?

- If you already have an account, log in to hotelbb.com and click on the “My Account” or “My Bookings” tab. You will then have access to all your current bookings. Then simply select your stay and extend the booking before 7.00pm on the day in question.
- You can also arrange an extension directly with the hotel manager during reception opening hours when you arrive at the hotel, the day before your original departure date, or even before 11.00am on your original departure date.
- If you are not in the hotel, you can also contact the Central Booking Office on +33(0)298 337 529*.

Of course, an extension will only be possible if the hotel has availability for the dates indicated [subject to availability on the chosen date].

       

AFTER MY STAY

How do I leave my opinion on the hotelbb.com website?

After staying at B&B Hotels in France and booking on hotelbb.com, you will soon receive a satisfaction survey. Your response will then be visible on our site within 3 days of being returned (after moderation by B&B Hotels).

How can I find my previous bookings?

Log in and click on the “My Account” or “My Bookings” tab. You will then have access to all your previous and current bookings.

I can’t remember my password, what should I do?

Go to hotelbb.com and click on “My Account” then “Forgotten password”. Then simply enter your e-mail address and a new password will be sent to this address.
When making your booking, once the identification page is displayed, click on the link “Forgotten password”, and an e-mail will then be sent to you with your password and identification details.

I’ve changed my e-mail or postal address, what should I do?

Simply log in to our website, go to "My Account", and you can then change your contact details, e-mail and address.
